My Cooking Style
My food tends to be simple, French-inspired, with a strong emphasis on gourmet Americana. I am well-versed in several special diets, including Gluten-Free, Paleo, Vegan, and Vegetarian. I take particular pride in procuring local ingredients whenever possible.
I am happy to cook for dinner parties, luncheons, picnics, breakfasts and brunches, and other special occasions, but feel that my true specialty lies in the preparation of healthy and delicious meals, cooked in your home to be enjoyed at your leisure.
